Return Policy

Kentia.gr in supporting Electronic Commerce enables you, through the completeness of the descriptions displayed on its websites, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products it provides from the screen of your computer quickly and easily. 
Wishing to highlight the benefits of the use of the internet in our daily purchases we present below the terms and conditions for the return of defective or not products. 

A. Returns of Products due to delivery error
In all the cases whereby other than the sold products are delivered, either by type or by quantity or a property / characteristic is missing, that has been previously agreed upon, either in writing by sending an email to eshop@kentia.gr or by telephone at 210 4817 888 with kentia.gr, the customer can return the products for testing and confirmation of the error.
The return of the product to be replaced should take place together with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. shipping documents, retail sales receipt e.t.c.) and complete its packaging in a time frame of five (5) full days from delivery. 
The products should be in perfect condition in their original packaging and with all their labels on. Products that have been used or washed cannot be returned. In such case the cost of return of the products to the company as well as the cost of return to the customer will be born by kentia.gr, provided that the proposed by the company method of return is followed. 

Β. Returns of Defective Products
In the event that the product bears a manufacturing defect that is detected by the customer, provided that such defect is verified by the Company that provided the guarantee for good manufacturing and quality, the following shall apply: 
The return of the product to be replaced should take place together with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. shipping documents, retail sales receipt e.t.c.) and complete its packaging in a time frame of fourteen (14) full days from delivery, preceded by an email to eshop@kentiamore.gr or a telephone at 210 4817 888. 
The products should be in perfect condition in their original packaging and with all their labels on. Products that have been used or washed cannot be returned. 
The return of the products will be carried out either by personnel and transport means of the company or by courier, or in one of the ten (10) stores maintained by the company. 
In such case the cost of return of the products to the company as well as the cost of return to the customer will be born by the company, provided that the proposed by the company method of return is followed.
After the return of the products, testing of the defect reported by the customer takes place and then a communication with the customer takes place to inform him of the results of testing. Provided the defect is detected, the Company replaces the product or otherwise cancellation of the transaction occurs, in case the replacement in due time is not possible and kentia.gr cannot find an alternate product of equivalent or better characteristics or the corresponding value for its replacement. In case of transaction cancellation, the refund of the money of the initial purchase takes place with the same method that the initial payment by the customer to kentia.gr was effected. 
In particular, in case of payment by credit card, the company is obliged to notify the issuing Bank for the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will subsequently proceed in every action provided by the contract concluded with the customer without further liability of kentiamore.gr. The company following such notification bears no responsibility for the time and the means of executing the clearance, as regulated by the contract. In case of payment by cash, if the customer had chosen the option “Pick up from the store”, the refund of the money to him will take place at the company’s store. In case of payment with bank transfer, a reversed bank transfer from the accounts of the company to the customer shall take place.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the electronic shop has the right to request compensation by the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally and unconditionally proceed with the settlement in part or in full of its claim against the customer. 

C. Returns of Products that are considered defective on arrival (D.O.A.)
The return of products, that are considered defective on arrival (D.O.A.) will be accepted within seven (7) full days from their delivery to the customer, preceded by an email to eshop@kentiamore.gr or by telephone at 210 4817 888. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must have all original documents accompanying the product (e.g. shipping documents, retails sales receipt e.t.c.) and complete its packaging. In these cases the following such apply:
The product is received and tested in order to detect the defect reported by the customer. 
Provided that the products have been received and tested by kentiamore.gr, a replacement of the product will take place with a similar new product, or, in the case of unavailability, with another new product of equivalent quality and price, otherwise in case the customer does not require a replacement, a refund of the money of the initial purchase to the customer will be effected. The refund of the money is executed in the same manner as the initial payment by the customer to kentia.gr was effected.
