Our website aims to inform consumers and to promote and sell online the products of our Company. The Company operates freely and amends without prior notice or deadline its pricing policy, its offers and discounts of the offered products.
Each visitor – user – client – member of our website and shop is considered that having carefully studied - prior to the visit / use of the services of our website – adheres unequivocally to the terms of use described in detail herein, without exception, as valid at any given time and relate to the whole content of the website. In case of disagreement with any single one of the terms, one must refrain from using the website.

PERSONAL DATA – SECURITY
kentia.grcollects personal data when the visitor – user – customer – member a) subscribes to its services b) uses the products and / or services offered herein and c) visits its web pages and/or enters its promotional and advertising programs.
During the visitor – user – customer – member registration at the e-shop / website the requested information are: Name/ Company Name – Address (for individuals) / Company registered seat – P.C. – Telephone – fax – e-mail address – TIN – Tax Office – City – Country – Year of Birth – Profession – Credit card details.
The visitor – user – customer – member’s personal data that are required and are voluntary provided to kentia.gr for the initiation and completion of any transaction or communication, the Company – which has already taken all the necessary steps and procedures for their protection by technical means – is bound to undertake every possible effort for their continuous protection, to limit their use to the boundaries of the current transaction or communication, or those transactions that may take place in the future and for the purpose of informing the visitor – user – client – member about company offers and sending promotional material, for recording by the company of statistical data, for the purpose of improving the services provided and for confirmation and identification purposes, whenever it is deemed necessary, as in the case of confirmation that the person executing changes of the personal data is actually the same person as the user for the purpose of security and protection of the user. The company is obligated to delete such data following the submission of a relevant request, unless there is an outstanding amount due by the customer towards the company and up and until the debt’s full and complete payment thereof.
kentia.gr undertakes not to give or distribute to any legal or natural person the email addresses or any of the personal data of its visitor – user – customer – member without his consent, except in cases prescribed by law and any legal authority and with the exception of their announcement to legal and or natural persons in cooperation with kentia.gr when this is required for the realization of expectation and/or orders of users – members. Natural and legal persons cooperating with the company have the right to process the personal data that the users – members of kentia.gr provide only to the extent that is absolutely necessary for the provision of support to the company.
The visitor – user – customer – member shall have the right to modify, supplement and amend parts of his personal data and information given to kentia.gr, which may assist him by phone or email, when asked and undertakes to take all reasonable efforts to protect his password to the present website. The visitor – user – customer – member is solely responsible for maintaining the password’s secrecy and concealment from third parties.
In case of loss or leakage of the password the visitor – user – customer – member must immediately inform the company, otherwise kentia.gr is not liable for the use of the password by unauthorized persons. We urge you, for security reasons, to change the aforementioned security codes frequently and to avoid the use of the same and easily detectable passwords, by using if possible not only letters and numbers but also symbols for their creation.
The visitor – user – customer – member is entitled to exercise all rights prescribed by articles 11 to 13 of law 2472/1997. To the extent applicable all relevant provisions of Greek law, as valid, apply. Also, all data, information and transactions of the visitor – user – customer – member are covered by the principles of privacy of communications and commercial transactions and all appropriate measures for their protection are being taken. kentia.gr has taken all necessary measures to ensure to the extent possible the maximum level of security of transactions carried out through the present website, which are covered by the applicable provisions of Greek, European and international legislation on electronic commerce and consumer protection in force.

VISITOR – USER – CUSTOMER – MEMBER OBLIGATIONS
The visitor – user – customer – member of the present website and the kentia.gr e-shop services is fully liable for any damage caused to the Company by the use of them and indicatively and not limited by the illegal collection, storage and processing of personal data of the visitors – users – customers – members of the Company, the announcement or dissemination of any content that is illegal or in any way causes damage to the Company, by the breach or infringement of any right of kentia.gr or any third party in general, by the publication of any abusive, illegal or unethical content, by breach of privacy and confidentiality of inside information, acquired in the process of employment relationships or partnerships, by breach of National legislation relating to the present website and its services.
In any of the aforementioned cases, kentia.gr, having become aware of the actual facts, will terminate without prior notice the provision of its services to its visitor – user – customer – member; shall have the right to refuse to publish or to delete any content of such type and shall exercise all legal actions to defend and protect its interests and rights before any competent authority or court. The visitor – user – customer – member is solely responsible for all the actions that take place from / through / by use of its personal code and account acquired for his transactions with kentia.gr. In the event that the visitors – users – customers – members become aware of any activity from / through / by use of their account and codes without their consent or approval, they must immediately notify the company, which is not liable in case of the users’ non-compliance with the obligations set out immediately above.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY
kentia.gr bears no liability and does not guarantee that the website and services of its electronic shop, the options and its contents will not be interrupted or some bug or technical error will not occur or that such error will be corrected, due to the nature of the Internet. Kentia.gr also is not liable for any unauthorized interventions of third parties to products or services or information of the present website.
Kentia.gr undertakes and will continue to undertake all efforts to avoid any suspension of services or transactions of the website, however bears no liability for claims of civil or criminal nature, nor accepts any liability to damages – including in the case of negligence – in case of failure to provide support services, or to maintain the website’s operation, for damages that may arise from the execution or not of an order or for any delay in such execution for any cause or for errors in the data entered by the visitor – user – customer – member in the order forms as well as for any errors in the prices or the characteristics of the products or the accuracy or completeness of the content, the web pages and services their availability. Also kentia.gr reserves its rights as to the time of delivery of the products in case of force majeure. The Company accepts no liability and does not guarantee the availability of its products; however shall notify as soon as made possible on the availability of the products offered for sale, as set out below, and by doing so she is exempt for any further liability thereof. All contents, photographs, illustrations, products, services of the present website are made available as is.
Kentia.gr may terminate or suspend the operation of the present website, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice to the visitor – user – customer – member, without bearing by this reason any liability and without any obligation for compensation arising in favor of him. The Company bears no liability for anything occurring during communication or transaction of the visitor – user – customer – member with advertising parties on the present website.

COOKIES
kentia.gr uses cookies for the identification of the visitor – user – customer – member of certain services and pages. Cookies are small text “files”, which are stored in the visitor – user – customer – member’s browser during his navigation of the internet and acquires no knowledge of any document or file from the visitor – user – customer – member’s private computer. The entire contents of the e-shop – present website including all images, graphics, illustrations, photographs, designs, texts, services, products, website and e-shop design, registered trademarks, software, logos, and all files in general, are intellectual property of the company (other than those expressly excluded and are intellectual property rights of third parties which have licensed their use to us) and are protected by the applicable Greek, European and international provisions in force.
Pursuant to the above, reproduction, copying, recording, broadcasting, sale, modification, republication, distribution, transmission of all or parts of any of the above in any way and without any prior express written consent of the company or any other legitimate rights holder is prohibited. The appearance of any single of the above in the company’s website is not considered and cannot be allowed to be construed as a license or right of use or transfer thereof.

ADVERTISING
The visitor – user – customer – member interested in advertising in the present website, in order to obtain all relevant information, should complete in the relevant application the following information: Name/ Company name – Telephone – e-mail – URL of the website to be advertised. The Company is not responsible for the policy of protection of personal data followed by parties advertised in its website during their transactions with the visitors – users – customers – members of their services.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES (“Hyperlinks”)
The Company includes links (hyperlinks) to other websites which are not controlled by it but by third parties (natural or legal persons). In no case is the company liable for the terms of protection of personal data that such websites adhere to.

E-COMMERCE SERVICES
For the use of the e-commerce services of the company by the visitor – user – customer – member the following data is required: Name / Company name -  address of natural person / registered seat of company – P.C. – Telephone – e-mail – fax – TIN – Tax office – City – Country – Credit Card details. The above information is also required for the issuing of the relevant documents (tax) and are retained in the financial records of the company, which may utilize – process the data collected during the users transactions in order to record the interests of the customers and to make new offers, unless the visitor – user – customer – member of such services requests such offers not to be made. Information relating to the visitor – user – customer – member interests cannot ever be disclosed to third parties except in those exceptions expressly referred to in the present agreement.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
The Credit Card that the visitor – user – customer – member will use for the payment of services / subscriptions of kentia.gr, shall be charged only for a single time and only for the specified transaction unless the visitor – user – customer – member has chosen the automated charge of his credit card each time his subscription or the service in which he participates is renewed.
Kentia.gr is not responsible for the personal data terms of use adopted by the financial institutions with which it cooperates for the completion of the commercial transactions.

PERSONAL E-MAIL ACCOUNT (E-MAIL)
For granting the visitor – user – customer – member an email address for accessing specific services of kentia.gr the following information is requested: Name, Surname, Street, Number, City, P.C., Telephone, Year of Birth, Profession, e-mail address. Such information is not ever disclosed to third parties except those exceptions expressly referred to in the present agreement, while the holder of the email address must ensure the secrecy of the access code in the service and not to disclose it to third parties.
Kentia.gr has no control over the content of email messages send and received from and by the visitors – users – customers – members through the email address provided by the company. The company maintains a record with the above email addresses and may send messages of informative and financial character to holders unless the latter do not wish so. Any use of the email address by its holder is accompanied by an information note informing him for the protection of the data sent or received and the solving of any problems.

IP ADDRESSES
The IP address, through which the visitor – user – customer – member’s computer accesses the internet and then kentia.gr, is recorded for technical reasons and is utilized exclusively and solely for the collection of statistical data.

PROTECTION OF MINORS
Visitors – users of the Company that are minors are not allowed access to the services of kentia.gr that may be considered inappropriate for minors and cannot be controlled by the Company. In each unit or service that may contain inappropriate / offensive / immoral material there is a warning to visitors/users. If however users that are minors voluntarily visit pages with inappropriate / offensive / immoral material, which cannot be continuously checked, kentia.gr bears no liability.

DENIAL OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADVICE AND INFORMATION
kentia.grdoes not control, nor is responsible, nor can be considered to approve the content, the availability, the quality, the operation, the accuracy and completeness of the products, services and every single one element in general that constitute the contents of other websites for commercial or advertising purposes in which it directs for the website’s facilitation and should not be construed as urging their use, which is not compulsory and is of the sole responsibility of the user. The visitor – user- customer – member should be careful during the use of such websites and in case of any problem arising during his visit or use or transaction with them, kentia.gr bears absolutely no responsibility and users should contact them.

On completion of your purchase, we offer two (2) shipping ways, to choose the one that serves you best:
1. Delivery (pick up) in one of our physical stores.
You can pick up personally your order in one of our ten stores, after contacting first the store, you have indicated as the point of delivery, in order to ensure that your products order is already there.
Picking up your order from our stores is not charged with any transportation costs and the time of delivery can be between 1-3 working days.

2. Delivery by ACS - courier
Your order will be delivered by the courier company ACS .
For purchases of 70,00 € and more shipping is FREE.
The transportation cost for purchases up to 70,00 € and for payment with credit card or paypal is 3,50 €
The transportation cost for purchases up to 70,00 € and for payment by bank transfer is 3,50 €
The transportation cost for purchases up to 70,00 € and for payment by cash on delivery is  5,50 € 

For Cyprus
For purchases of 120,00 € and more shipping is FREE.
The transportation cost for purchases up to 120,00 € and for payment with credit card, paypal or bank transfer is13,00 €


3. Time of Delivery of Orders
Processing of your orders begins every day at 09:00 in the morning. Their preparation and their delivery to the courier company ACS takes place between 15.00 -17.00 on the same day; this way you have the fastest delivery of your orders.
In doing so, we achieve the delivery of your order within 24 hours for the prefecture of Attica, between 24 -48 hours for other land destinations and for island destinations between 24-72 hours at the latest.
Below you can find the official Schedule of Delivery Times of ACS during working days.
The delivery of the products by ACS takes place from Monday to Friday from 09:00 till 19:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 till 15:00.
If you wish the delivery of the parcel to take place during specific hours (morning: 09:00 – 14:00 or afternoon: 14:00-19:00), we would recommend for your convenience to report this in the relevant note field appearing in the final stage “Completion of Order” of your purchase. 
For your keeping better informed, regarding the delivery of your order, kentia will send you via email the tracking number, which you can enter at the ACS courier webpage, so as to be informed about the exact stage in which your order is and the exact time of delivery.
kentia.gr is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the products, when the process involves imponderables. Indicatively, kentia.gr will not be responsible for any delays in delivery, due to intermediate loading – unloading areas, strikes of means of transportation or other kind of strikes that may affect the transfer of goods. In such event, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for a new delivery date.
Although we have taken every care for your information for any unavailability of a product, the probability exists that an unexpected shortage or unavailability of a product exists, for which the company, as already mentioned, bears no responsibility. However, even in such a case, kentia.gr will contact you in order to inform you, as soon as that is feasible, for the new time of delivery of the product you selected and is temporarily unavailable. If the product you selected is accidentally not announced by us that it is on temporary shortage or suspension, then again we shall contact you to arrange for the delivery of another product or for the cancellation of your order at no cost for both parties and for the interest-free refund of any money already paid within a reasonable time frame, without the company subsequently bearing absolutely any liability.

4. Delivery Abroad
kentia also executes deliveries abroad, however at a higher shipping cost. In particular, provided the customer completes his order, he contacts with the customers’ support service, so as, depending on the weight of his order, to calculate the relevant shipping costs. Provided the customer agrees with the final amount due (including the shipping costs), the order is completed.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
On completion of your purchase, we offer four (4) means of payment to select the one that serves you best:
1. Upon Delivery
In case of delivery at the address indicated, you may provide payment to the employee of the courier company. In case you pick up your order in one of our ten stores, you may pay at the time of delivery.

When depositing, you should give the bank agent your full name and the code number or the orders numbers, if more than one, to fill in as the reason for making the deposit.
After completing the deposit / transfer, you must send us a copy of the bank transfer via fax 210  4830508 or by email eshop@kentiamore.gr or contact our call centre at 210 48 17888 in order to inform us for the completion of the process.
Upon receipt of a valid copy of the deposit of the total amount due, the process for processing and confirming your order is followed and the relevant email messages are sent to you. If within three (3) working days we have not received the aforementioned items, then your order is deemed void.

3. By Credit Card
If you have a credit card VISA, MasterCard , Euro line you may use it securely through our order form. Your credit card details will not be sent back to Κentia.gr. To ensure the absolute safety of the electronic transactions through credit cards, they are executed through the security system of Eurobank, which supports a secure environment for transactions.

4. Online payment via PayPal.
PayPal is a universally accepted method of electronic transactions. Is the safest and easiest way of sending money online without the users’ details of debit or credit cards or bank accounts or other financial information becoming known. In so doing you can rest assured that your purchase will take place in the most secure manner.
Note: Mandatory is the issuing of a receipt of retail sales payment or a sales invoice.  A sales invoice is issued to companies and freelancers, if they provide during their order their full details: Company Name, TIN, Tax Office, registered seat address and profession.

REFUNDS
Kentia.gr in supporting Electronic Commerce enables you, through the completeness of the descriptions displayed on its websites, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products it provides from the screen of your computer quickly and easily.
Wishing to highlight the benefits of the use of the internet in our daily purchases we present below the terms and conditions for the return of defective or not products.

A. Returns of Products due to delivery error
In all the cases whereby other than the sold products are delivered, either by type or by quantity or a property / characteristic is missing, that has been previously agreed upon, either in writing by sending an email to eshop@kentia.gr or by telephone at 210 4817 888 with kentia.gr, the customer can return the products for testing and confirmation of the error.
The return of the product to be replaced should take place together with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. shipping documents, retail sales receipt e.t.c.) and complete its packaging in a time frame of five (5) full days from delivery.
The products should be in perfect condition in their original packaging and with all their labels on. Products that have been used or washed cannot be returned. In such case the cost of return of the products to the company as well as the cost of return to the customer will be born by kentia.gr, provided that the proposed by the company method of return is followed.

Β. Returns of Defective Products
In the event that the product bears a manufacturing defect that is detected by the customer, provided that such defect is verified by the Company that provided the guarantee for good manufacturing and quality, the following shall apply:
The return of the product to be replaced should take place together with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. shipping documents, retail sales receipt e.t.c.) and complete its packaging in a time frame of fourteen (14) full days from delivery, preceded by an email to eshop@kentiamore.gr or a telephone at 210 4817 888.
The products should be in perfect condition in their original packaging and with all their labels on. Products that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
The return of the products will be carried out either by personnel and transport means of the company or by courier, or in one of the ten (10) stores maintained by the company.
In such case the cost of return of the products to the company as well as the cost of return to the customer will be born by the company, provided that the proposed by the company method of return is followed.
After the return of the products, testing of the defect reported by the customer takes place and then a communication with the customer takes place to inform him of the results of testing. Provided the defect is detected, the Company replaces the product or otherwise cancellation of the transaction occurs, in case the replacement in due time is not possible and kentia.gr cannot find an alternate product of equivalent or better characteristics or the corresponding value for its replacement. In case of transaction cancellation, the refund of the money of the initial purchase takes place with the same method that the initial payment by the customer to kentia.gr was effected.
In particular, in case of payment by credit card, the company is obliged to notify the issuing Bank for the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will subsequently proceed in every action provided by the contract concluded with the customer without further liability of kentiamore.gr. The company following such notification bears no responsibility for the time and the means of executing the clearance, as regulated by the contract. In case of payment by cash, if the customer had chosen the option “Pick up from the store”, the refund of the money to him will take place at the company’s store. In case of payment with bank transfer, a reversed bank transfer from the accounts of the company to the customer shall take place.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the electronic shop has the right to request compensation by the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally and unconditionally proceed with the settlement in part or in full of its claim against the customer.

C. Returns of Products that are considered defective on arrival (D.O.A.)
The return of products, that are considered defective on arrival (D.O.A.) will be accepted within seven (7) full days from their delivery to the customer, preceded by an email to eshop@kentiamore.gr or by telephone at 210 4817 888. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must have all original documents accompanying the product (e.g. shipping documents, retails sales receipt e.t.c.) and complete its packaging. In these cases the following such apply:
The product is received and tested in order to detect the defect reported by the customer.
Provided that the products have been received and tested by kentiamore.gr, a replacement of the product will take place with a similar new product, or, in the case of unavailability, with another new product of equivalent quality and price, otherwise in case the customer does not require a replacement, a refund of the money of the initial purchase to the customer will be effected. The refund of the money is executed in the same manner as the initial payment by the customer to kentia.gr was effected.
In particular, in case of payment by credit card, kentia.gr will be obliged to notify the issuing Bank for the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will subsequently proceed in every action provided by the contract concluded with the customer without further liability of the company. Kentia.gr following such notification bears no responsibility for the time and the means of executing the clearance, as regulated by the contract. In case of payment by cash, if the customer had chosen the option “Pick up from the store”, the refund of the money to him will take place at the company’s store. In case of payment with bank transfer, a reversed bank transfer from the accounts of the company to the customer shall take place.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the electronic shop has the right to request compensation by the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally and unconditionally proceed with the settlement in part or in full of its claim against the customer.
